Yes we can - with this well made folding
gig stand. It's made from a strong, lightweight alloy and features
foam-protectors and a hook at the back from which you can hang your
bow or even your jacket - should the evening be getting a little
warm. For those of you who double on bass guitar or "sit-out" certain
numbers in a show, this good looking stand will definitely make
your life so much easier. With much less bending down to do - your
lower back and legs will immediately notice the benefit - your image
ratings are sure to improve too.
Assembling the stand is as simple as
saying your five times table. All you do is fully extend the neck
support and then lock-out the legs into position by using the lever
that is located half way up the back of the stand. That's it. We
did it in less than 10 seconds.
Yes, this stand will accommodate all
sizes of instruments - and that includes those 5/4 size instruments
with a length of back measurement between 116cm - 118cm.
Yes. The maximum length that your endpin
will be able to project from the unit of your instrument when the
instrument is sitting on the arms of the stand is 12.0cm. This length
is normally sufficient for most players - but should you play with
a fully extended endpin you should take this into consideration.
This stand is absolutely perfect for
displaying your instrument - or for those occasions when you're
performing on stage and don't want to keep putting your instrument
down and picking it back up again.
